Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

 -We process orders Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days from the date of purchase, however some orders may take additional time. Orders placed on Sunday or holidays will begin processing the next business day. 

 -We offer Canada Wide shipping with Canada Post
Standard shipping is currently free on orders over $150. Express shipping will be an additional fee. 

 -When choosing Standard Shipping, orders will arrive within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
-When choosing Express Shipping, orders will arrive within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Return & Exchange Policy

-Online Purchases

You can always contact us for any question at info@fuez.ca

If you have changed your mind in respect to a purchase, we will accept a return/exchange on regular priced goods only, within 7 days of purchase date.

-All sale items are final sale. 

Refunds will be processed online only. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return/exchange postage costs.

​Returned products must be in their original condition, including the original packaging, tags, and any complimentary items received

We will not accept returns/exchanges if:

  • Item was Final Sale / Marked at a discounted price

  • Original tags are not attached to the garment

  • Product is not in their original condition

  • Appear to have been worn, washed - smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant, body odour, laundry detergent

  • Marked or damaged   ​

  • If the request for exchange or return is made after 7 days from the purchase date

 

-We have the right to refuse any item that is not returned in their original condition.

-We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered return/exchange parcels

-The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Fuez Collection will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same method of payment used to place the order. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to appear on your method of payment.
